James Berridge

James is an experienced teacher who has an extensive career within inclusion in a local outstanding school. His expertise is linked to working with colleges, employers, business partners to provide personalised support and is passionate about improving young people’s life chances.

Victoria Price
Maths Instructor

Victoria Price

Victoria is a tutor for phase 2 and our Maths instructor. She has worked in post 16 for the last 7 years gaining experience in working with young people from a variety of backgrounds. She also delivers our Employability course.

Antonia Musgrave-Porter
English Instructor 

Antonia Musgrave-Porter

Antonia is a tutor for phase 1 and our English instructor. She has taught English for 9 years all around the world and has worked with students from a variety of backgrounds. She is passionate about helping young people succeed and reach their full potential and also delivers our Enterprise course.

Betty Kavallares-Simpson
Teaching Assistant

Betty Kavallares-Simpson

Betty is our Level 2 Teaching Assistant. She is passionate about helping those with additional needs and has great experience with one to one support. She has worked within SEN for over 2 years and understands the importance of inclusion and equality.

Job Coach 

Grace Johnson

Grace is one of our job coaches, she has a significant amount of experience supporting young people within the workplace. She has worked with a vast amount of young people with SEN, this helps her to provide a holistic support between our young people and employers.

Ruby Butcher
Job Coach

Ruby Butcher

Ruby is one of our job coaches, she has a passion for supporting young people within the workplace and has recently completed a Degree in Working with Children, Young People and Families. Her support for young people in the workplace enables them to become more independent with all aspects of work.
